The Hawke's Bay Earthquake is a comprehensive documentation of New Zealand's greatest natural disaster - the Hawkes Bay Earthquake, 10.47am, 3rd February 1931. Highlighted throughout the publication are fabulous archive photos covering the region before the earthquake and the following devastation, rescue, evacuation, clean up and restoration of the area caused by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

The New Napier details the rebuilding of Napier after the devastating 1931 earthquake.
